This policy explains what information pinkudaimari.com ("this site", "I", "me") collects, why, and how it's handled. This site is a personal portfolio and does not sell or rent personal data to anyone, ever.

What's collected

• Contact form submissions — name, email address, company, project type, subject and message content you submit voluntarily, used only to respond to your enquiry.
• Basic technical logs — Cloudflare, which sits in front of this site, automatically logs standard request data (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and performance purposes, consistent with Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Theme preference — your light/dark mode choice is stored locally in your browser (not sent to any server) so the site remembers it on your next visit.
• No tracking cookies — this site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated first.

How the contact form is protected

The contact form is protected against spam and automated abuse using a hidden honeypot field and Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving challenge that does not track you across other websites.

How data is used

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your message. It is not added to a marketing list, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose beyond that conversation, unless you separately opt in to something else in the future.

Data retention

Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any related follow-up, and are deleted on request.

Your rights

You can ask what data is held about you, request a copy of it, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time — email hello [at] pinkudaimari.com or use the contact form.

Third-party services

This site is hosted on GitLab Pages and served through Cloudflare. Fonts, icons, and the Bootstrap framework are loaded from the jsDelivr and Google Fonts content delivery networks; these providers may log basic request metadata (such as IP address) as part of normal CDN operation.

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change accordingly. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
